Mike is a far safety professional on the construction site. He believes more about educating a worker in the safer way to conduct a task rather than handing out disiplin. With his experience and knowledge he is somebody you want on your team.

Had the pleasure getting my personal fall protection training with some coworkers today with Mike. He was informative, welcoming and patient with our group when we had questions or issues. The small group sizes made the experience more personable and I'm happy that our company chose him to train us. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for training.

This is a very well written and organized section of a safety manual. I have spoken to the company owner who I find very knowledgeable, experienced and has a passion for safety and the worker’s well being that is second to none. I will definitely be contracting this company to handle our safety program.

My Story from The Trades to Safety

FreeBird Safety Services was founded in September 2011. With over 30 years of Trades Construction Experience on projects spanning from Single Family Residential * Commercial * High-Rises * Multi-Unit Condominiums * Industrial * and Infrastructure. After primarily working in the Masonry trade, along the way I picked up experience in Carpentry, Equipment Operation, with some Plumbing and Electrical work. Gaining a general knowledge in a vast section of common trades helps to conduct the general tasks of a safety professional in General Construction. Now as a Experienced and very Knowledgeable Occupational Health and Safety Professional, my main focus is the protection of workers. Educating and Training them so they can conduct their trade tasks is a much safer way. This in turn increases revenue, and a reputation as a safe worker. However, the most important factor is they go home every night to their family injury free.

To get a better idea, watch my YouTube video The Profession. It's illistraights how I got here. In addition to that is a number of other videos i've created to aid in the message of being safe on the job.  Pay a visit to my YouTube Channel.
